504 updates

I am in the process of updating student 504 plans. Please make yourself aware of any student with a 504 in your classroom.

Black History Committee

A BIG thank you to ALL of the members of the Black History Committee and anyone else that helped out with the program. The students did a great job and parent turn out was amazing. Everyone enjoyed the performance. Thanks again.

Kindergarten Registration

Kim & I will be involved with kindergarten registration ALL DAY Thursday, Feb. 25th & Monday, March 1st. We will be located in the lobby in front of the office.

EOQ Test

Please turn in ALL EOQ test books by Friday, Feb. 19th.

Literacy Folders

If you have not turned in your lit. folders, please do so by the end of the week. If you turned your folders in last week, they have been checked and you may stop by my office to pick them up at any time.

I will be out of the building all day Wednesday due to a CC meeting.

Black History Program

Thank you to ALL that has helped with pulling this program together. The students have been working really hard and I think you are in for a treat. There will be a school performance on Thursday Feb. 18th. (K-2: 9:00-9:45/4-5: 10:00-10:45). The program will be Thursday night @ 6:30. Please send the information home with students tomorrow.

EOQ Test Books

Due to the days missed, you may keep test books until Friday, Feb. 19th. Please return them on or before that date.

Literacy Folders

3rd & 5th, you may bring your literacy folders to my office. I will return them as soon as they have been reviewed. Let me know if you have any questions or concerns.

Retention List

If you have not already done so, please turn your retention list in to me so you may get your letters for your report cards.

African-American History Program

The African-American History program is scheduled for Thursday, Feb. 18th. The students are working VERY hard to make this a great program. We will keep you posted with details.
